This chart demonstrates that the work I produced in each course was influenced by learning done in other classes. Principles of Learning and Research Methods really were fundamentals for me. It refreshed my learning on theory and paradigm which I often applied in the courses’ readings and assignments. It provided me with different lenses through which to critically analyse the course content. The course that is least referenced is Staff Development & Supervision. The reason is that this course was not at all what I anticipated. I thought it would be more geared toward educating adults (in a P.D setting, for instance) but it was really more about being a manager. I was very disengaged with the content of this course and found the work unrelated. It did not fit with my interests. I also think a lot of the readings stand in contrast to my understanding of leadership. The artifact I did include was a project I proposed because I wanted to make the course more meaningful and relevant to my work. In this way it continues with my theme of interconnectivity. I was able to better understand the teacher performance appraisal process through my work in this course. When it came to my evaluation, my understanding allowed me to showcase my skills.
